Reporting to the Transport Compliance Officer (TCO)

Job Overview

Provide a high-quality intervention service to clients with a key focus to improve driver behaviour to mitigate risk. Utilising bespoke systems, you will monitor all daily activities of the team ensuring that they deliver the best service to our clients at all times.

Ensuring that the client services team are dealing with all duties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to the following

• Understand your clients, their culture and expectations and manage this through the team

• Proactive communication with your clients ensuring driver and vehicle data is accurate

• Complete the required Dynamics produced tasks within the given timescales

• Represent the business at regular client meetings to review and discuss intervention calls

• Discuss, report data and interventions outcomes with Manager

• Escalate potential/actual system issues

• Escalate potential client issues

• Support clients and business with additional data requirements

• Actively look for opportunities to engage client base with products

• Reports weekly/monthly to Manager

• Monitor Dynamics/V5 performance

• Proactively manage the team

• Hold weekly team meetings

• Cover absence within the team where required ensuring that all duties are covered

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to team including being the escalation point for the team when difficult challenges arise

Experience and personal attributes

• You will ideally have worked in a busy transport orientated industry

• You will have experience delivering a high-quality customer service and supervising a team

• You will possess good listening skills with the ability to ask open ended questions

You will have excellent IT skills with a strong ability to learn, utilize new systems and develop skills within the team where necessary

• You will be able to work to tight deadlines

• You will be passionate about reducing road risk

• You will have the ability to problem solve

• You should be extremely self-motivated
