Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee/Junior Administrator to join their expanding business and where they can offer a great career path, development and training so that you will become a fully capable, experienced and valued member of the support team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Full Training given in the use of their bespoke IT System
  • Training given in programming of their bespoke IT System
  • Answering and taking telephone calls
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Filing
  • Delivering customer service
  • Data inputting
  • Use a variety of software packages, Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel
  • Maintaining filing systems in line with organisations requirements
  • Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
  • Deal with emails
  • Order processing
  • Resolving queries

Qualifications required

Previous work experience in a similar role is not necessary, but could be an advantage GCSE A* – C Maths, English

Working week:

40 hours based on Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch.

Training to be provided:

Training will be provided for all new software and Hardware applications and supervision will be in place until a level of acceptable competency has been achieved. Progression in the company is be based on performance and support and training will be provided for all employees to develop into available roles.
