Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator,to carry out general day to day administration tasks within the office including filing, data entry, bookings, answering telephones and providing cover within the sales order processing team.

Main duties

  • Answering and diverting calls internally
  • First point of contact for welcoming all visitors
  • Arranging lunches and refreshments for directors & any meetings held
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning of paperwork
  • Sample picking and sending out on behalf of sales team
  • Logging parcels incoming and outgoing
  • Point of contact for all couriers
  • Managing stationary replenishment
  • Managing stock room replenishment
  • Assist in organisation of company exhibitions
  • Bookings of hotels, transports, restaurants etc.
  • Various data entry onto excel spreadsheets and internal system
  • Other Admin roles as required

Attributes:

  • Driving Licence is essential
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Mature approach to work
  • Willing to do any tasks not matter how big or small

Working hours:

9am-5pm Monday to Thursday

9am-3pm Friday
