Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administration Trainee who is interested in working for a Marketing & Advertising Agency. You will be joining a busy and successful team and excellent training and career progression will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day client interaction
  • Working with agency colleagues to devise campaign plans that meet the client’s brief and budget
  • Complete research for new business meetings
  • Blog writing
  • Testing websites
  • Copy checking / proof reading
  • Dealing with technical support queries, raising tickets and liaising with clients
  • Maintain internal systems – work fi and fimapps
  • Use Google Analytics on a regular basis to monitor on the success of clients website
  • Use email marketing systems to send campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Conduct client training on websites, CMS, Mailbe. Produce user guides where necessary
  • Supporting the marketing team with day to day activities (social media, onsite marketing, research)

Admin Responsibilities :

  • Keep client folders up-to-date, both hard and soft copies
  • Answering the telephone
