What are they looking for?

The right candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be a genuine people person, a fast learner and be very hard working

You will be confident making outbound telephone calls to various different customer types, and be competent in conveying the benefits of a Funeral Plan to capture the interest of the customer.

You will always go the extra mile to meet customer needs to deliver outstanding results.

Experience & competences

•Ideally you will have worked in a sales environment or customer facing telephony role, although this is not critical.

•You will have worked in customer facing roles and can provide examples where you have provided good customer outcomes

•You will have a clear, professional and friendly telephone manner, and an ability to quickly build rapport with people

•You will have a good grasp of spoken English and ability to communicate with a wide range of people/ages

•You will have the confidence to pick up new skills and product knowledge to enable you to provide a great customer experience over the telephone


•High energy, positive, can-do attitude, and a constant desire to make things better

•Genuine people-focus and ability to easily build rapport with customers and team members

•Hard-working, resilient, and thrive on overcoming challenges

•Ambitious and target oriented

•Passion for exceptional customer service, and energy to go the extra mile
