Shipping Co-ordinator job in Wythenshawe

Our client is a well- established and expanding International organisation who are seeking an experienced Shipping Co-ordinator for their expanding team. Salary £35,000 – £40,000

They are seeking a candidate either from a freight forwarding background or some-one who has worked for a global trading company an engineering or chemical background would be ideal but not essential

• The ideal candidate will have liaised directly with shipping lines and organised air and sea freight
• You will have cross trade experience which means goods that have been shipped from one country to another with-out ever coming in to the UK
• Must have imports experience from China and some exports experience
• The candidate will take control of shipping globally and liaise with customers and warehouses to get the goods in
• Advise customers of shipping details
• Ensure prompt despatch of documentation
• Good attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential
