Job Description

Our client is looking for a confident individual with approximately 12 months office experience to join the small but very friendly team in assisting them in administration and sales support.

The ideal individual is a team player, highly organised, willing to learn and manage their own workload. The ability to multi task is essential in this position. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding customer orders
  • Calling suppliers to order products to complete customer orders
  • Enter quotes and orders on CRM system
  • Updating account managers on status of orders
  • Following up delivery dates
  • Obtaining proof of delivery on all orders and chasing any deliveries that have not been made
  • Internal order management
  • Helping with day to day office administration

Requirements for the position:

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel. Also ideally Powerpoint
  • Able to learn and efficiently use CRM system
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Hours will be 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch

25 days paid holiday and Bank Holidays
