Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Order Processor who is well versed in building first class relationships with their clients and who genuinely cares about the service they offer and works to exceed their customers expectations. This is a B2B role with customers operating in the retail and hospitality sector

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Sales Order Processor:
  • Offering a consistently first class service both on the phone and via email
  • Working as a team you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure that deliveries are loaded and delivered on
  • Working closely with warehouse, and network of transporters and suppliers in order to ensure they understand what they need to do to guarantee the company delivers as promised
  • You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative tasks including organising samples, arranging returns, raising credits to deadline

Ideal candidate for the position of Sales Order Processor:

  • You will ideally have a minimum of one years’ experience working in a busy customer service environment and will be driven to exceed your customers’ expectations on a daily basis
  • Have a first class and confident telephone manner
  • You will have strong administration skills, which even when the pressure is on, you will perform consistently well
  • Communication skills including the ability to write and speak articulately with an excellent command of the English language
  • You will thrive as part of a team but also be able to work on your own initiative
  • You will be a problem solver, able to take solutions to completion
  • You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload because you have a complete understanding of what brilliance looks like
  • You will be computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills
  • You will demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
