Our client is a highly successful and friendly organisation who are seeking an additional member for their team.

They are expanding their organisation and it is an ideal time to join their team as the role is interesting and diverse.

You will be working as part of a small team so will need to be hard working and happy to get involved in various aspects of the business

Duties

  • Dealing with all incoming calls from companies and members of the general public.
  • Processing orders through to Invoice.
  • Liaising with the internal team.
  • Ensure the correct product is ordered and excellent customer service is provided
  • Handling customer queries
  • Liaising with the workshop
