Our client is looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Executive to support their continued growth and expansion. Essential to this role is a candidate who is an expert user of HubSpot CRM as the company have recently introduced this system to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ownership of the CRM system, training internal teams on how to get the best out of HubSpot, working closely with the Marketing Director on all marketing projects

Overview of the position of Sales and Marketing Executive:

The primary responsibility will be to assist the business in developing and maintaining a robust sales governance strategy to accurately report on all live, forecasted and won opportunities across the business and the three key product divisions.

Full product and industry training will be provided. Experience working with the Hubspot CRM platform however is a prerequisite for this role as it is expected the successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running as a competent user of the system.

Key Responsibilities for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive;

  • Management of the Hubspot CRM system and regular liaison with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the information inputted
  • Updates CRM system as and when necessary
  • Monitor and reports on core sales activity, conversion ratios throughout the sales process
  • Creates suitable ‘dashboard’ for each sales person and for sales management
  • Identifies key trends in the MI and recommends appropriate change
  • Owns and maintains document control for all sales related documents
  • Receiving inbound sales enquiries and distributing to the wider team
  • Opportunity to grow into internal sales

Required Skills and experience for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive;

  • Extensive, demonstrable experience using Hubspot CRM for producing sales performance reports and pipeline based sales forecasts
  • Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce website management is ideal
  • Experience working in a Sales Administrator / Sales Operations role before
  • Competence in Powerpoint and Excel
