Role and Responsibilities for the position of Retail Support Administrator:
- Employees are supported on any queries they have, ensuring all queries are answered and/or rectified as smoothly and as quickly as possible
- Liaison with all departments such as HR, Health and Safety, Warehouse, IT to resolve queries on behalf of retail employees
- Create and compile reports for the retail management team
- Administration and support to merchandisers regarding stock and other products required for store such as POS material, hangers, other third party products
- Source supply of third party products
- Process third-party orders to store and to the warehouse
- Products set up on internal systems
- Assist with new store openings and ensure required material delivery arranged to an agreed schedule
- Ensure all relevant communications are cascaded to all retail employees
- Handle customer complaints , ensuring concerns are addressed and rectified as smoothly and as quickly as possible
- Couriers are booked for stores
- Conferences are planned and travel arrangements made
- Travel and accommodation arrangements are organised when needed for store managers
- Mystery shoppers are arranged, and results are distributed
- Bonuses and high sales achievements are processed
- Information is collated for monthly trade reports
Experience required for the position of Retail Support Administrator
- A minimum of two years office/administration experience is beneficial, ideally in a similar role
- Highly organised and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
