Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious individual to become an integral part of the sales team within a forward thinking and dynamic property Investment Company with exciting growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have some previous property or lettings experience and also previous telephone sales experience

Working as part of a small friendly and dynamic team you will be trained and supported to achieve your potential

Responsibilities include:

  • Intelligently generate and establish leads for prospective ‘Buy-to-Let’ business opportunities
  • Perform property sales to new clients, knowing how to tailor the sales pitch depending upon the needs of the prospective client
  • Sales and marketing for properties
  • Prospecting and account management by telephone
  • Manage new and existing client relationships
  • Discuss prospective client’s requirements with a view to arranging meetings
  • Perform administration tasks required to manage and complete the sales process
  • Create sufficient activity in line with agreed sales plan and review on a monthly basis
  • Understand and demonstrate the ability to be conversant with property and property related products

Requirements

  • Preferred sales experience in properties or residential markets
  • With 1 – 3 years working experience with minimum 1 year solid telephone based sales experience
  • A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with integrity and ethically
  • Ability to follow directions from Sales Directors, to interact with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong work ethic and the willingness to succeed.
  • Self-starter, possessing drive and determination to generate prospective client lead
  • Personable with the ability to network effectively
