Our client is looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator, initially on a 6 month contract but with view to a permanent role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who has first class coordination and organisational skills and who would like their first role in project management as this position will offer amazing exposure to project management as well as exposure to decision makers and project leaders

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Project Support Administrator:

  • Working closely with the Project Management team at the point where they are implementing a new internal IT system
  • Managing the diary of the project team
  • Liaising with on site consultants to support them whilst carrying out training and project support
  • Schedule in work for the consultants
  • Ensure all project work is confirmed within a timely manner
  • Attending regular team calls to discuss and agree consultant workload and requirements
  • Responsible for travel arrangements for Project Managers and monitoring of expenses
  • Maintain all project documentation
  • Assisting Project Manager in number / budget reporting as required.

Experience required for the position for Project Support Administrator:

  • Previous administration and coordination experience
  • Exceptional numerical skills
  • Experience in using Excel / Word
  • Confident telephone manner dealing with senior team members
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable organisational and prioritisation skills
