Our client is a highly successful and expanding business they are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to join their growing team. As the Production Administrator you’ll work alongside the Production, Support and Account Teams in addition to supplier and contractor liaison.

The role:

Day to day tasks will vary dependent on the daily needs of the business but general tasks include:

•Answering and directing enquiries over the phone and email – liaising between the relevant departments, contractors or suppliers.

•General administration – data input, updating and managing helpdesk tickets.

•Maintain internal databases (Returns document etc) logging returns, managing the returns process to ensure items are despatched and returned in a timely manner

•Outbound calls to Customers, suppliers and contractors to chase deliveries or obtain relevant information.

•Maintain stock levels.

•Raising SOP’s and PO’s via the Company’s accounting platform.

•General Administrative duties.

•Preparation of Customer orders

•Liaison with the Shipping Companies

The person:

•A solid work ethic, hard-working, organised, great attention to detail, friendly with a desire to progress within the business.

•Good communication and organisation skills.

•Professional telephone manner.

•Good IT skills.

•Ability to work alone or alongside other team members within an office environment.

•Willingness to learn other duties in case you have to cover for other positions.
