Reporting to: Design Director
The Role
They are a forward thinking, aspirational and Creative supplier to major High Street and ecommerce retailers and marketplaces. They are ambitious in their growth plans and have an exciting opportunity for a Visual & Photographic Production Manager to work within the heart of their Creative Team, who will have one direct report.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to manage the delivery of all our photography and related digital images and visual requirements for the business.
- Relationship management of external studios and of the critical path to ensure all photography and images are delivered to time.
- Take briefs from the Design Director and customers and ensure these are clearly communicated to the photographic studios.
- Align with product development and ecommerce on the production requirements for the season.
- Design photography sets and brief contractors on the build requirements.
- Work closely with Production to ensure samples are ready for the shoot and any delays are escalated.
- Arrange in-house photography for showroom shots.
- VR manipulation of images to include props and alter colours.
- Manage props and furniture for shoots and co-ordinate showrooms for Customer visits.
- Manage off site customer shows twice yearly.
- Budget management.
Key Competencies and experience
- Knowledge of product photography and digital imagery, in-house and through studio briefs.
- Able to present finalised ideas and concepts to studios.
- An understanding of the latest consumer and digital trends.
- Creative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Leading and motivating your direct report and working collaboratively across departments, including our ecommerce team on digital on-line images.
