Our client is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to support their Office Manager.This is a lovely part time position for someone who is looking for a local role, based in Altrincham Town centre, within a small and friendly team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am-4:00pm

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Part Time Office Assistant:

  • Secretarial duties; typing letters, quotations and reports
  • Reception duties to deal with visitors who come to the premises, in a warm and welcoming manner
  • IT skills are essential
  • Sitting in on meetings and taking notes
  • Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries, taking messages etc
  • Ideally suit someone with office secretarial experience now looking for a part time position
