Our client, a highly successful Imports business, is looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Care Advisor to join our their expanding online customer service team.
The main part of your role as Part Time Customer Care Advisor is to help ensure the company’s Customer Service levels are kept to a high standard at all times
Role and Responsibilities for Part Time Customer Care Advisor:
- Answering customer calls
- Tracking orders
- Replying to customer queries about our products and customer orders
- Processing online orders
- Organising deliveries
- Taking payments
You will be working in a relaxed environment with a core focus on order management targets and high service levels.
The role requires you to be a people personwith a confident, friendly telephone manner and have good communication skills.
Knowing the importance of self-motivation, you’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and have the ability to be flexible.
