Job Description

Our client is a successful leading recruitment company based in Hale, Altrincham and is looking to recruit a part time administrator to support their small team

This is a small office environment so must be happy working in this environment. Must be happy to work Monday to Friday. There is the opportunity for some flexibility with the hours.

Role, Skills Required and Responsibilities:

  • Any recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner to deal with both clients and candidates in highly professional and engaging manner
  • Must be happy on the telephone
  • Taking down assignment details accurately and outlining jobs to suitable candidates
  • Completing all administrative tasks including sending out of references and chasing of same, checking candidates Right to Work in UK and any necessary checks such as DBS
  • Strong organisational skills essential, together with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Any marketing skills ideal to assist in growth of the business
  • Must have a resilient and tenacious character and have excellent listening skills
  • Must be happy to work in a small office environment
