Our client is a well- established Law firm who are seeking a PA to support their Managing Partner.

Salary up to £25,000 interesting and varied role

·Working as part of the support team responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service across all aspects of the Company’s operation.

·The Legal Secretary/PA will work closely with the Managing Director to assist with all aspects of the smooth running of the office and the development of the business and will be both internal and external facing.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Word processing- auto numbering, doc preparation, setting of templates; oversee the day-to-day functions concerning the office

•Audio and copy typing;

• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;

• Creating and maintaining filing systems;

• Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;

• Organising travel for staff;

• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,

Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

• Working successfully with the company’s CRM system

• Devising and maintaining office systems;

• Booking rooms and conference facilities;

• Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and set up and maintain internal databases;

• Liaising and negotiating with external suppliers;

• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;

• Organising and sending outgoing post;

• Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of others;

•Arranging in-house and external events;

• maintain management information systems (manual or computerised);

• Research tasks;

• Assist in marketing tasks;

• Input accounts data (i.e. invoices and expenses).
