Our client is looking for a highly autonomous Office Manager who has an exceptional “can do” attitude to take on a new role within an established business based in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be able to look at processes and suggest improvements to assist the company with its next stage of growth

This position will be on a Temp to Perm basis

Working as part of a small team of 14, a team player with a friendly and cheerful personality is essential for this position of Office Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience of sales support and marketing type background and any knowledge of working with NHS as a client would be beneficial

Initially very much a hands on position whilst you learn the business

Role, Responsibilities and Requirements for the position of Office Manager:

  • Sales support and creating quotations
  • Producing weekly management reports, data analysis
  • Able to interpret data and information
  • Administration support to Directors
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly at all times
  • Any social media/marketing experience ideal
  • Advanced Excel
  • SAGE CRM System essential
  • Highly dedicated, proactive personality that can motivate a team
