Our client is a very successful manufacturing business based in Wythenshawe and due to further expansion is looking to recruit an Office Assistant where you will be given the opportunity to work in a busy and varied role and where you will be part of a great team environment

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Office Assistant

  • Day to day admin and support to the office
  • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls, conveying messages speedily and accurately
  • Reconciling company credit cards / bank accounts / petty cash
  • Meeting and greeting visitors. Providing refreshments and arranging hospitality as instructed
  • Data input in accounts and purchasing departments
  • Filing and general office duties

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to liaise with clients confidently and professionally
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate
