Job Description

Our client is a highly successful and innovative organisation who are seeking an Office Assistant to join their busy team. The role is available due to company expansion.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Day to day admin and support to the office
  • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls, conveying messages speedily and accurately.
  • Assisting the work of the finance department, reconciling company credit cards, bank accounts and petty cash
  • Meeting and greeting visitors. Providing refreshments and arranging hospitality as instructed.
  • Data input to assist various internal departments
  • Filing

Candidates must possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise with clients confidently and professionally
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and help out all members of the team
