Job Description

Our client is opening a new office in Altrincham. This is due to expansion and they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to set up, organise and manage their office

Initially you will be the only administrative person in the office so must be happy in that environment, although there are plans in place to recruit other people over the coming 6 months with this Office Administrator becoming the Office Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings on behalf of Partners, managing their diaries
  • Creating reports on Excel-Advanced Excel is essential
  • Liaising with clients to obtain any additional information required for reports-so must be comfortable and confident on the telephone speaking at Senior Management level
  • Setting up office systems
  • General administrative duties including reception, filing etc
