New Client Support Administrator, IT industry so requires someone who is comfortable with new IT technology such as AI or Information Systems such as Google Maps, training administration for new clients, research abilities, £23,000-£25,000 based in Altrincham
Our client offers IT based analysis information to a wide range of clients from local councils, Tourist Boards and retailers and due to expansion is now looking to recruit a New Client Administrator to onboard new clients and coordinate training for them to maximise the information that is being provided to them and carry out research to ensure all the information held is correct and up to date at all times
Role of New Client Coordinator:
Must be technically savvy, have really strong IT skills and ideally an understanding of Graphics packages or Google maps etc
Updating IT system with new information on a regular basis
Research duties to ensure all information held is correct
Liaise with clients to ensure the business holds all the right information required to carry out the market analysis
Handle customer queries
Help clients understand and access data reports
Set up training sessions for clients
Ideal Candidate for the position of New Client Administrator:
IT savvy, knowledge of graphics packages or GIS systems ideal
Exceptional eye for detail, patience to ensure all information correct
Strong communication skills to liaise with new and existing customers to explain system, organise training
Excellent administration and coordination skills
Graduate or similar ideal but not essential
