Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Support Administrator to support the team. The role offers a varied range of responsibilities with opportunity for growth and development. The right candidate will be highly organised and must have a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach. The ability and confidence to build effective working relationships is also essential.
Role and Responsibilities for the position of Marketing and Sales Support Assistant
- Daily input of inbound leads into CRM
- Liaise with Accounts over partner invoicing queries
- Prepare, send and process new partner agreements
- Coordinate sales’ attendance at exhibitions
- Acknowledge and process marketing requests
- Upload latest blogs and content to website
- Process business cards orders
- To assist with sales data input
- Proactively support efforts to maintain data quality
- Ad-hoc data cleansing
- Research and present new opportunities to sales in the form of territory research
- To be the first point of contact for sales and external agent queries
Experience required for the position of Marketing and Sales Support Assistant
- Experience with CRM systems would be ideal but full training given
- Event coordination experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload and react to changing demands
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
