Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Support Administrator to support the team. The role offers a varied range of responsibilities with opportunity for growth and development. The right candidate will be highly organised and must have a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach. The ability and confidence to build effective working relationships is also essential.

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Marketing and Sales Support Assistant

  • Daily input of inbound leads into CRM
  • Liaise with Accounts over partner invoicing queries
  • Prepare, send and process new partner agreements
  • Coordinate sales’ attendance at exhibitions
  • Acknowledge and process marketing requests
  • Upload latest blogs and content to website
  • Process business cards orders
  • To assist with sales data input
  • Proactively support efforts to maintain data quality
  • Ad-hoc data cleansing
  • Research and present new opportunities to sales in the form of territory research
  • To be the first point of contact for sales and external agent queries

Experience required for the position of Marketing and Sales Support Assistant

  • Experience with CRM systems would be ideal but full training given
  • Event coordination experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload and react to changing demands
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
