Our client is an expanding well established business who put their employees at the heart of all they do. They are seeking an Internal Sales Executive/ Account Manager to join their successful team. Salary £25,000 plus bonus
Reports to – Sales Director
Aims and Responsibilities
- Grow sales within the business within own accounts
- Support the sales team help grow business within their accounts
- Bring in new business via different channels
- Convert new leads from prospects to customers via sales projects
- Feedback weekly to Director
Main Duties
- Looking after own accounts list to give them the best customer experience and encourage them to switch business to us to grow revenue and work towards a yearly target and exceed it.
- Be on hand to answer queries and support customers through issues, i.e stock, back orders, lead times and much more.
- New business, whether that be through sales projects, working with marketing or just foot fall to convert as many new prospects into buying customers and grow the business as much as we can. Whilst keeping professional and realistic.
- Weekly feedback to Director about worthwhile conversations have had that week, any potential new business, industry knowledge and areas for concern
- Targeting customers to sample new lines added to the range and grow business from there on new items.
- Discuss with customers future plans and projections, this can help determine future stock and where we see the business growing and where to target with this customer. Setting CRM tasks to chase and follow up for samples or a further conversation with the customer to manage the account
