Our client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator with experience of Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office

This is a full time role within a friendly environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities for the position of IFA Administrator:

Supporting the IFA with new business applications
Checking compliance of all new business
Logging all information on the system
Checking/ Submitting/Processing and monitoring new business applications for Investments, Pensions, Mortgages
Preparation of client valuations
Checking Suitability Reports
Issuing Letters of Authority
Preparing and Maintaining Client Files both using back office system and paper based files
Client liaison, handling queries, arranging reviews and appointments
Answering the phone
Experience of using Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office is essential particularly with regards to fees and reconciliations
