Our client, an award winning online retailer , is looking to recruit an experienced dedicated, ambitious and friendly Out of Hours Customer Service Executive to join their team at an extremely exciting time for the business. The role is due to continued expansion within the company

The hours for this role would be 15-30 hours a week, evenings and weekends

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Out of Hours Customer Service Executive:

  • Handling and dealing with UK and overseas customer queries and complaints via email, phone, and social media in a timely, professional and accurate manner
  • Maintain customer records, updating account information and recording details of any customer issues/enquiries
  • Must have the ability to learn the company’s wide range of products, after training, to ensure you are able to offer best advice to the customers pre and post-purchase
  • Liaising with other departments to gain information, resolve queries and obtain information for customers
  • Processing UK and overseas returns and exchanges
  • Online live text chat with on-site visitors helping them with product advice
  • Managing logistics and deliveries.
  • Working with different payment systems

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Executive:

  • Experienced working inbound customer services
  • Additional languages advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills and a good understanding of the internet and online purchasing
  • Outgoing, friendly attitude and tactful
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
