Our client is looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to strengthen their team of Advisors and Paraplanners; previous experience of working within the Financial Services Industry/ an IFA business etc is essential.

Working in a friendly team, the role requires a confident communicator with a positive mindset and with an excellent eye for detail.

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Financial Services Administrator:

  • Receiving and processing of new business application forms for pensions, investments and mortgages
  • Checking the accuracy of information and chasing third parties for missing information
  • Preparation of quotations for clients
  • Preparing valuations
  • Issuing Letters of Authority
  • Maintaining Client Files

Skills and Experience required for the role of Financial Services Administrator:

  • Experience in a similar position for a wealth management/IFA/Pensions/Financial Services
  • Excellent IT skills, any knowledge of a financial services back office IT system would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
