Job Description

This role would suit a recent Accountancy Graduate, someone with AAT Level 1 or 2, or someone with some accounts experience looking for their next career move. There is the opportunity for further support with studies in Tax related examinations

Due to rapid expansion of the Company, a position has arisen for a Finance Assistant Administrator to work alongside their credit control department

This role will suit someone with experience within an office and a desire to learn new skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

– Maintaining client data

– Raising and distributing invoices

– Raising and sending credit notes

– Effectively dealing with customer queries

– Liaising with clients and their accountants

– Updating spreadsheets

– Other ad-hoc duties as necessary

The successful candidate must have:

– Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office

– A willingness to learn with a flexible attitude and a professional approach

– The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to strict time scales

– Excellent customer service skills including the ability to engage with clients in a confident and assertive, but tactful manner

– Attention to detail and robust organisational skills – including time management

– Team working skills

– Administrative experience
