Our client is a leading tax consultancy supporting UK companies in their R&D claims from HMRC and due to the growth in this market place, they are now looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to win new business and develop existing client relationships across the Cheshire, Liverpool and Manchester area.
Role and Responsibilities for the position of Field Sales Executive:
- Promotion of all company products to business consultants, Accountants and manufacturing companies etc across your allocated sales territory
- Achievement of territory sales target by means of cold calls, appointments, and demonstrations through the introducer network and end users
- Achievement of specific number of calls into individual target markets on a monthly basis
- Achievement of territory sales targets by target market
- ·Following up sales leads and updating on the internal CRM
- Providing advice / product guidance to the end user
- Channelling sales through a referral network and Direct where appropriate
- Working closely with the Sales Director to gain expert knowledge
- Achieve set KPI’s
Core Skills required for the position of Field Sales Executive:
- Highly motivated
- Can adapt personal style to develop relationships with colleagues
- Reliable self starter
- Used to working to targets
- Strong sales background in financial services or R&D tax industry ideal but full training given to an individual with excellent sales experience
- Proven skills in developing customer relationships
- Enjoys the challenge of beating sales targets
- Full clean driving licence
