Our client is a leading online supplier of beautiful bathroom accessories, selling direct to the consumer via their website, Amazon and eBay

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator who can support this future growth. This role would ideally suit someone with at least 12 months within an Ecommerce Department who is looking to further develop their career and would like the opportunity to make a real impact and have greater responsibility to make a difference to a business’s success

The role of E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator:

  • Uploading pictures and content onto the website, Amazon and eBay
  • Ensure that all listings, key words etc are updated to maximise impact and sales
  • Ensure the website is attractive, welcoming and easy to navigate at all times
  • Drive sales through eBay and Amazon
  • Organise promotions, update banners, discount vouchers etc
  • Process orders via website, eBay and Amazon including payments
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure correctly picked and packed
  • Organise deliveries via logistics company
  • Handle and resolve queries and issues regarding deliveries, liaising with the customer to keep them updated and logistics company to ensure successful delivery of goods
  • Handle returns, send out replacements and refunds where appropriate
  • Come up with creative and technical suggestions to ensure the website/Amazon and eBay are attractive to potential customers at all times

The ideal candidate will have experience as follows:

Essential:

  • Ecommerce experience together with good knowledge of commercial selling on eBay and Amazon
  • WordPress to update website
  • Experience of listings/Titles using key words/Inventory
  • Driving sales through Ebay and Amazon including promotions
  • Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Linnworks or other order management software
  • Must have a car ( car parking available)

  • Photography

  • Amazon Europe
  • EShots
  • Google Analytics etc
