Our client is looking for an experience Customer Services Advisor based in their modern offices to support their customer service centre order processing department.

This is a telephone based role, taking orders from customers and processing through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call centre/customer service centre environment

The role has come about due to continued expansion and it is normal office hours, Monday to Friday NO SHIFTS

Role and Responsibility for the position of Customer Services Advisor:

  • Your main role is help ensure Customer Service levels are kept to a high standard.
  • The main day to day duties will include answering customer calls, dealing with Truspilot reviews, tracking orders and replying to customer queries about products and customer orders
  • You will be working in a relaxed environment with a core focus on high service levels.

Requirements for the role of Customer Services Advisor:

  • The role requires you to be a people personwith a confident, friendly telephone manner and have good communication skills
  • Knowing the importance of self-motivation, you’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and have the ability to be flexible
