Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to work in their help desk department, in a fun working environment for a company that offers stability and progression and great benefits including free parking and bonus scheme

Initially a 12 month contract but with view to permanent position

40 hours per week working between 08:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday and Weekends on a rota.

Role and Responsibilities for the role of Customer Service Executive:

  • You will be responsible for assisting customers once they have been on-boarded with general and technical enquiries
  • Focusing on first call resolution you will use your job knowledge (following product training) and customer service skills to deal with all enquiries and resolve any technical issues where necessary, ensuring that customer downtime is at a minimum and customer satisfaction with the service you provide is at a maximum
  • Inbound call handling
  • Fault diagnostics and resolution
  • Outbound calls to arrange installations
  • Working to achieve key performance indicators
  • Exceeding customer expectations

Skills & Qualifications necessary for the role of Customer Service Executive:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Proven track record in customer services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service – contact centre experience preferable
  • Experience working on a technical helpdesk would be advantageous
  • Background in a ‘Customer First ‘environment
