Our client is seeking a customer service analyst to join their expanding and dynamic team. Salary £18,500 excellent progression opportunities

Job Overview

Provide high quality intervention service to our clients with a key focus to improve behaviour to mitigate further risk. Utilising their bespoke systems, you will monitor and analyse data identifying changes or trends in behaviours

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand your clients, their culture and expectations
  • Proactive communication with your clients ensuring data is accurate
  • Undertake high quality intervention calls utilizing system data to analyse behavioural trends
  • Complete the required Dynamics produced tasks within the given timescales
  • Represent the business at client meetings to review and discuss intervention calls
  • Discuss report data and interventions outcomes with client and suggest, and support, ways to improve scores
  • Escalate potential/actual system issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Escalate potential client issues to the Senior Management Team in a timely manner
  • Support clients with additional data requirements

Experience and personal attributes

  • You will have experience of people engagement delivering high quality customer service
  • You will possess good listening skills with the ability to ask open ended questions
  • You will have excellent IT skills with a strong ability to learn and utilize new systems
  • You will be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Must have a confident telephone manner
