Our client is looking for an experience Customer Care Advisor to join our their online order processing team based in smart relaxed office environment in Trafford Park.

The main responsibility in this position of Customer Care Advisor is to ensure that their Customer Service levels are kept to a high standard at all times

Main duties and responsibilities for the position of Customer Care Advisor:

  • Answering customer calls
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Explaining, after training, the products available, specifications, benefits etc
  • Resolving issues
  • Tracking orders
  • Replying to customer queries about products and status of customer orders

  • A people personwith a confident, friendly telephone manner and have good communication skills
