Our client is the market leader in their sector and in order to ensure the highest levels of customer service and maintain their position as market leader, they are looking to recruit a Client Retention Executive to deal with prospective and existing clients to outline their services and benefits

This role does require someone who has experience of retentions, or who has come from a B2B sales environment, where outlining benefits and service levels are key to retaining customers. You will have excellent persuasive skills, together with being a client/customer focused individual

Role and Responsibilities for the role of Client Retention Executive:

  • To deliver the client retention process for all services and be the first point of contact for prospective clients that enquire about the business’s services
  • Support the operations team in engaging clients that are unresponsive or wanting to cancel their contracts
  • Implement the cancellation process where clients can’t be re-engaged
  • Respond to initial enquiries from potential new clients
  • Explain the products, service and solutions (Full training in this is given)
  • Book sales appointments for the field sales team with qualified prospects
  • Meet (and exceed!) annual/monthly targets
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for the business and its values
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments within to drive optimal performance
  • Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Person for the role of Client Retention Executive:

  • A Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with clients
  • A powerful desire to achieve
  • Perseverance and self-motivation to revitalise the client sales process
  • A proactive, ‘common-sense’ approach to business
  • Strong organisational abilities including good time management skills
  • Sales/retention experience within a professional B2B environment
  • You will be used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s
