Our client, a market leader in their industry, is looking to recruit a Client Retention Executive to join their sales team to take responsibility for the client retention process together with being the first point of contact for prospective clients that enquire about the business’s services

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Client Retention Executive:

  • Support the operations team in retaining clients who want to cancel their contracts
  • Implement the cancellation process where clients can’t be re-engaged
  • Respond to initial enquiries from potential new clients
  • Outline (after training) products & solutions
  • Book sales appointments for the field sales team with qualified prospects
  • Work to annual/monthly targets
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive optimal performance and enhance customer

Ideal candidate for the role of Client Retentions Executive

  • A Level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with clients
  • A strong desire to achieve
  • Perseverance and self-motivation
  • A proactive, commercial approach to business
  • Strong organisational abilities including good time management skills
  • Sales/retention/outbound experience within a professional B2B environment
  • You will be used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Basic Salary of £23000, plus bonuses of c£7k, fantastic work environment, great team and excellent career development opportunities
