Will be confident and enjoy a busy and varied role.
You will be familiar with MS Office products particularly Excel.
Responsible for dealing with the inbound and outbound post
Scheduling breaks and lunches for the helpdesk agents
Writing covering letters for the post
Assisting with complaints handling and sending out letters
