Our client is a well established and professional organisation who are seeking an administration assistant to work as part of a busy and friendly team

Responsibilities to include:

  • Opening the morning post
  • Organising the post for collection by royal mail
  • Scanning of post received from clients and banks
  • Checking letters that are printed and putting them through the credit machine
  • Ensuring all letters are going to the correct client bank
  • Scanning of information for customers
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings
  • The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic personality and a willingness to learn
