Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator which is a dual role and would suit someone with some accounts experience who is also happy to handle administration relating to the processing of orders and supporting the sales support team

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Accounts Administrator:

  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Invoice processing
  • Month end accounts
  • Sales support including processing orders and sending out samples
  • General administration

Experience and skills for the position of Accounts Administrator

  • Minimum of 1 years accounts experience
  • Sales support or administration experience
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Any SAGE experience would be ideal
