When we set up Alexander Hancock one of our goals was to change the view candidates had of agencies; we wanted to be different; we wanted our candidates to genuinely feel valued and to understand that even though they were not paying a fee for the service we offered, they were still as equally important to us as the business clients who did. We have focused on that goal throughout. Our candidates represent our business; our candidates ensure our success. We want to build a mutually respectful relationship based on trust, listening to what you really want and valuing you, to ensure that the very best candidates will want to be represented by us.
One of the most important parts of building that relationship is meeting you face to face. We know that it means taking time out to come in and meet our team but we can say that the candidates who do make the effort to come in to meet us, are the ones we will find work for. We promise that those who do, will recognise the level of service we offer far exceeds any other recruitment company in the North West.
We want candidates to know that we are not targeted on placements; we will not push you to take a role if it is not for you. We are not targeted on the number of interviews; so we will not make you go for a role if it does not meet your requirements. We are not targeted on the number of candidates registered; so we will not waste your time calling you into our offices unless we think we are able to help you.
