When we set up Alexander Hancock one of our goals was to change the view candidates had of agencies; we wanted to be different; we wanted our candidates to genuinely feel valued and to understand that even though they were not paying a fee for the service we offered, they were still as equally important to us as the business clients who did. We want candidates to know that we are not targeted on placements; we will not push you to take a role if it is not for you. We are not targeted on the number of interviews; so we will not make you go for a role if it does not meet your requirements. We are not targeted on the number of candidates registered; so we will not waste your time calling you into our offices unless we think we are able to help you.
