For this role they will fund you to undertake a Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance Processes and Practices

The role itself is overseeing the paperwork to meet their Award Organisation’s requirements, so ensuring all the administration is accurate, compliant and of the right quality

You will be responsible for carrying out sample checks on the work of trainers, verifying their decisions and feeding back on their performance to ensure standards are maintained at all times

Other duties included sending out certificates to successful trainees, plus invoices and maintaining training records

The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing personality coupled with excellent administrative skills
