Our client is a market leader in display boards and is currently recruiting a dynamic person to join their sales team. You will be selling into clients and developing their existing established accounts
This is an office based role with a mix of B2B telesales and field sales. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be proactive in managing existing reseller accounts and also be able to identify new opportunities within key sectors
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. Previous experience or knowledge of display and exhibition furniture would be an advantage
You must have the ability to prioritise your own workload and have ambition and drive to build on already existing successful accounts
You will be hard working that is used to winning new business through self generation, as well as managing a large number of key clients who will be based nationwide
You will be expected to liaise and negotiate at MD level so excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
You will be working in a targeted sales environment as part of a friendly, professional sales team
Telesales

Our blue chip leading client is looking to recruit a Telesales Advisor as part of the DM Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years telephone sales experience and will have worked within a high volume outbound calling sales environment. It is preferable that the candidate will have experience in the regulated services industry and must have a proven successful track record.
The role involves:
- Achievement of monthly sales targets
- Customer contact managed and developed to deliver profitable business and secure quality leads that maximise business opportunities whilst meeting customer needs
- Initial consultations with customers undertaken to obtain relevant fact find, hard and soft facts, client objectives, aspirations and attitude to risk to enable suitable advice to be given which met customer's circumstances
- Advice presented to customers ensuring compliant sales which met customer needs and divisional standards for quality of advice and documentation achieved
- Customer needs understood to ensure that the different advice & non-advice options were delivered where appropriate
- Long term relationships with customers developed to enable life time value to be maximised.
- Quality Best Practice followed, and best practice ideas shared with Manager, to ensure consistency across Telesales.
- Operate within FSA guidelines.
- Ensure that local and role specific Treating Customers Fairly requirements are met in line with your key outputs
- Manage portfolio of customer base on excel, ensuring accurate data capture and diarised call backs effectively.
- Achievement of KPI monthly targets
